JSENT is a pure Java-based Supervisory, Control and Data Acquisition SCADA software product that runs on both Windows and Linux.

Why Java? Well, to cut a long story short, we're tired of the 'operating system' wars, and so are our customers! Pure Java has the advantage that it embraces all the current mainstream operating systems and, thus, our development effort is better focused and more concentrated. Currently JSENT has been tested and run on Windows NT, 2000, XP, as well as Red Hat and Mandrake Linux.

The vision for JSENT is to make it the definitive graphic front-end and control engine for custom control systems developed by us and our partners. Currently, Vehicle Traffic Control and the SCADA systems have the focus because that's where our expertise lies; but, the flexibility built into JSENT allows it to be used in other areas of control.
